Most homeowners associations have developed Rules and Regulations to establish direction to the homeowners for most common situations. These Rules and Regulations are set up to maintain the aesthetic value and integrity of the community on behalf of all neighbors, and hopefully will protect the market value of everyone’s investment. Violations of these rules may result in action by the Board of Directors and a fine. In addition, if you proceed with an exterior improvement or change, without written approval of the Architectural Committee, you will be required to remove or correct the alteration and/or be fined for the violation. These Rules and Regulations are the Board of Directors' interpretation of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs); and if there is a difference between the two, the CC&Rs shall govern. These Rules and Regulations were last modified by the Board of Directors in 2010.
