Privacy Policy

The Parkside Homeowners Association is committed to reasonable safeguards regarding personally identifiable information it obtains through this website, and to explain its use of such information, and has accordingly prepared this statement regarding its use. Personally identifiable information ("PII") means information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom the information pertains.

The Parkside Homeowners Association never shares homeowners' PII with any organization.

The Parkside Homeowners Association website collects PII in connection with the receipt of voluntary submissions of inquiries and comments from homeowners. The forms used in this context obtain names, street addresses, and email addresses. Other PII may be received and retained by the Parkside Homeowners Association if it is submitted in other ways, such as in comments, forums, and emails received from the homeowner. The Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) to which all homeowners abide require the collection of this data.

The Parkside Homeowners Association will make contact with homeowners who submit PII, to respond to inquiries made by the homeowner as part of submitting that PII, and/or to provide any other information that the Parkside Homeowners Association believes is desirable to provide to the homeowner. In some instances, automatic responses via email are generated, for example, in the event of a homeowner account request submission. Telephone and direct mail contacts may be made where the Parkside Homeowners Association believes it appropriate.

The Parkside Homeowners Association may consolidate or combine PII it receives with PII of other organizations to serve its goal of effective communication with homeowners per the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions to which all homeowners abide.

The Parkside Homeowners Association's website does not use cookies to collect PII, nor does it log information regarding accesses to its site for later use in creating PII.

The Parkside Homeowners Association engages in reasonable practices to protect PII of homeowners, and endeavors to ensure its officers, volunteers, and contractors are aware of these practices and follow them.

The Parkside Homeowners Association may in some instances include links to content of other parties on its website. The Parkside Homeowners Association has no control of those sites, and they have separate and independent privacy and data collection practices. The Parkside Homeowners Association, therefore, is not responsible or liable for the content and activity of linked sites, which are identified for homeowner convenience and are to be used at the homeowner's sole risk. The Parkside Homeowners Association does not review externally linked sites and does not endorse them, nor does it have any liability for the quality or content of externally linked site.
