The City of Mill Creek has contracted Clear Water Inspection and Maintenance, LLC to repair areas of settlement around catch basins within the city. On Tuesday, November 1, Clear Water Inspection & Maintenance will begin the repair work here in Parkside. The following letter is very well written and explains the project in detail.

To The Residents of Parkside
My name is Bill Swartz. I am the owner of Clear Water and we are completing a project in your neighborhood. We have been contracted by the City of Mill Creek to repair areas of settlement around catch basins. You've probably noticed the paint in different areas of the streets. In these areas we will remove the asphalt, compact the existing ground, install crushed rock and then our subcontractor, Quilceda Paving, will replace the asphalt.
I realize this is your home and I apologize for the inconvenience we are going to cause you. I promise we will work as quickly as we can and try to make this as short as possible. It will take us 3-4 days to complete. The first 2-3 days will be spent digging out the asphalt and the last day it will be replaced. Our intent is to start on Tuesday, November 1st.
If there is anything I can do, if you have questions or if you are just frustrated and want to yell at me, my phone number is 360-661-6160. I will also be on site every day and my employees will happily point me out.
Sincerely,
Clear Water Insp. & Maint. LLC
