About The Event
As a means of upholding Parkside standards, the Board conducts an annual walkthrough. This year's walkthrough is scheduled for Saturday, June 26 at 9:00 AM. All residents are encouraged to attend. Please meet at Heron Park at 8:45 AM if you would like to join. We included a printed version of the Property Condition Report within the HOA booklet for reference. We have also published the walkthrough checklist on the website here for your reference and so that you know what we will be looking for. In keeping with prior years, this template will be used to evaluate and document any maintenance items which may be necessary following the walkthrough. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with this report prior to the walkthrough.
