As a means of upholding Parkside standards, the Board conducts an annual walkthrough normally in June but postponed this year due to COVID. The walkthrough has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 8 at 9:00 AM. All residents are encouraged to attend. Please meet at Heron Park if you would like to join. We have included a printed version of the Property Condition Report within the HOA booklet for reference. This template will be used to evaluate and document any maintenance items which may necessary following the walkthrough. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with this report prior to the walkthrough. It's clear many homeowners have taken advantage of more time at home by investing time, energy, and resources to maintain and improve their property. The neighborhood looks great - keep it up! We have also published the walkthrough checklist on the website here for your reference and so that you know what we will be looking for.
